What is Package Pickup?
This is where you pickup your race bib #, timing chip, race day t-shirt, and goody bag. You can also review the race course map and ask race day related questions that you might have. Buy some last minute race day goodies that we may have for sale like custom race event logo, t-shirts, sweat shirts, bags, etc. This is your last chance to register for this race.... NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Dec 18, 2016 - Race start: Half- 8:00 am, 10k - 8:05 am, 5k-8:15 am
Start / Finish will be at the Pleasant Valley Fields Park at the Village At The Park Sports Complex. This course is over the mostly flat Camarillo bike path and surrounding neighborhood streets. Slow lane of Adolfo and Flynn will be coned off for runner safety.
Yes we will have prizes for the best holiday costume’s, so come dressed in your favorite Christmas duds and let’s see how creative everyone can get.
Weekend warriors / Beginners / walkers:
Yes, very walker friendly course, mostly flat, plenty of aid stations, and loads of fun! Generous 4:00 hour time limit for the half marathon so take your time and enjoy the scenery, all levels of fitness are welcome at our events.
Middle of the pack runners:
Everyone will be asking…. What did you do on your holiday vacation time? Now you can show off your finisher medal and race day t-shirt. This is the race for you and everyone you know.
Elite and Advanced runners:
This mostly flat two loop course is a great way to test your winter time speed! A perfect way to give yourself a holiday gift (a new PR) that you can cheer about all the way to new years.
All Runners will receive:
Race day athlete tech t-shirt
Custom Goody bag with race day logo
Top 3 overall M/F in each race - Special Award
Top 3 each age group M/F - ALL RACE DISTANCES

All athletes are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy for donation to the Toys for Tots program.
U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
