This is a race day time line and info sheet for all volunteers at package pickup on Friday and Race Day, Saturday. Please read it carefully prior to race day.

Teams and Duties Outline
All great events have one thing in common, great volunteers. This event is no different and we can really use your help to make this year’s event one of the best. As a volunteer you will receive the following as a token of our appreciation for all your hard work and dedication to this event. Thanks in advance for volunteering! Package Pick-Up
Saturday before the race - 12 noon to 4 pm

Sunday Race Day Positions Needed(total needs - 70 volunteers)

Athlete Check in: (8 needed) 6:00 am to 6:45 am
Volunteers will help set up athlete check in station and help with early morning check in and general athlete questions athletes might have on race morning.

Finish Line and Timing Company Team: (6 needed) 7:00 am  to Noon
Volunteers will assist timing company with race timing issues only, help athletes at the finish line with chip removal, direct athletes to recovery area, alert medical personnel if an athlete requires special attention, and place finisher’s medals on all athletes.

Aid Station Teams: (36 needed) 6:00 am to Noon
We will have 6 teams of 6 volunteers at each aid station to hand out water and recovery drink. Volunteers will set up the water table, hand out water, and clean up the area once the last runner has passed.

Race Course Team: (6 needed) 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Volunteers will set up directional signage / banners on race course prior to the race and drop off water station tables and supplies.

Clean Up Team: (6 needed) Noon to 3:00 pm
Volunteers will help clean up all the debris left by the athletes, pick up any event
signage and clean up the parking lot area from expo. At Finish line area
